WhitneyUPDATE: MARCH 20, 2010: Whitney has been adopted! Congrats to this sweet girl and her new family!

Whitney is a very beautiful black greyhound who longs to spend time with and interact with people. Whitney celebrates her third birthday in March, 2010!

She is a smart greyhound and requires a positive, interactive approach to form that bond of trust between dog and human.

Whitney loves to go for a ride in the car and truly enjoys taking in all the scenery. She will keep you in the best of company while you work in the yard planting flowers in the spring or shoveling snow in the winter. She doesn't need to run a lot, although she will proudly show you how fast she can run.

Whitney
Whitney will do best in a low key home. She gets along with laid back male greyhounds or a female greyhound who will show her the ropes as she transitions into her new life as a companion pet. She is also cat workable.

Whitney

Whitney loves attention from her humans; please leave her a message on her wall.

If it's the right thing...then it's easy to do. And it certainly was easy letting you go to your forever home Miss Whitney. It is exactly where you wanted to be and are supposed to be. You patiently waited all week until your day. And coming out the van you greeted your mom and dad with a big, silly smile as if to say "hello, I'm home!!"

Love you much Miss Whitney...
You are home now and I am so very happy for you and your family :)
