This adorable little girl broke her leg racing at Jacksonville back in March. One of our friends had heard about her and was trying desperately to get this dog some help. There just didn't seem to be anyone in that area that would reach out a hand to this dog. Our wonderful friends, Tammy and Dione brought her to Grey Haven and the next day she was in surgery to repair the damage that had been done to her right hock.
She did very well with recovery and is finally ready to run and play with a family of her own. She is not cat friendly and would prefer to be an only dog. She enjoys having people to herself and does not always share her space well with other dogs.
She loves people once she gets to know them. She is a bit shy at first but gets over it once she knows she is safe and loved. She will be your shadow and your friend forever in exchange for lots of love and gentle understanding.
